Outfit of The Night: November 5, 2011 (Feat. Hair & Make-Up)

Hey y'all,

I have a quick little OOTN post before I go to bed.  Today my little 10 year old cousin, Meagan, had her birthday dinner and I thought I would share my complete outfit plus my hair and make-up!  So let's get right into it because I'm getting tired!

OUTFIT

What I'm Wearing:
Dress: Talula - Aritzia
Shoes: Jessica Simpson
Sweater: Wilifred - Aritzia

I'm waering a colour block pink, black and white dress from Aritzia.  It has a white cotton corset-esque top a black elastic band, and a pink skirt with POCKETS!  I'm wearing an oversized black cardigan that has studs on it.  Honestly, it's my favourite sweater!  I need more colours!  My shoes a dark brown peep-toe 4 1/2 inch heel.  The heel is actually a gradient and the peep toe is crossed.

MAKE - UP

What I'm Wearing:
Foundation: Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua in BA40 Biege Ambre - Desert
Setting Powder: MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural in Medium Dark
Blush: MAC Beauty Powder in Her Own Devices
Eyeshadow: Shiseido Petit Eyeshadow Duo in D26 Earthy Beige & Annabelle Eyeshadow in Vanilla Chilla
Eyeliner: La Ligne De Chanel Duo Professional Eyeliner in Noir Lame, Gosh Velvet Touch Eyeliner in Cool Mint & Almay Intense i-color in Rasin Quartz
Mascara: Maybelline Lash Stiletto Voluptuous Waterproof in Very Black

I just went with a very natural glowy, flawless skin face with a pink-brown natural blush.  I decided on matte eyeshadow with a slightly darker crease and a nice vanilla highlight on the inner corners.  I put a very thin line of black "liquid" eyeliner and on the bottom I put a blue-green and mixed it with a brown-purple eyeliner.  I topped it off with my favourite lengthening mascara.

HAIR

What I Did:
1. Curled my hair with the Conair Instant Heat 1-1/2" Curling Iron
2. Braided 1 braid on each side of my head tying them together at the back and adding a butterfly clip
3. Bobby pinned them down

I bought a big curling iron today to create really loose mermaid waves (which I adore), and after I curled my whole head.  I made a braid on each side of my head making them meet at the centre of the back of my head for a Greek Goddess look.  I then just took bobby pins to pin them down.

So that is it for my face, outfit and hair for tonight.  I hope y'all enjoyed and I haven't done one of these posts in a really long time.  Please vote for me for the Beauty Blog Awards and enter my BCA giveaway!  Thanks for reading!  G'Night! <3

  1. Such a pretty outfit. I like the pop of pink in the skirt, without it being too much. And your hair is really nice too :)
